Bar M Steakhouse is a New Boston Southern steakhouse built around hearty, home-style cooking and a straightforward, crowd-pleasing menu. It serves hand-cut steaks, chicken fried steak, hamburger steak smothered in onions, pork chops on Wednesdays, fish plates on Fridays, and a Sunday lunch that gives the restaurant a dependable weekend draw.

The appeal is in the kind of comfort food that feels familiar from the first bite: generous, savory plates that put steaks and Southern classics front and center. Bar M is the sort of place made for a relaxed meal with family or friends, especially when the craving is for a classic steakhouse supper with a home-cooked finish.
