Johnston Ford has built a reputation across the Texarkana region as a genuine hometown Ford store, the kind of dealership where showroom visits and service appointments both come with a handshake and a smile. Located in New Boston, TX, Johnston Ford is proud to be one of the premier dealerships in the area, and from the moment you walk into the showroom, its commitment to customer service is second to none. The dealership works to provide the ultimate Ford shopping experience by selling new Ford vehicles as well as pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs, alongside a variety of certified pre-owned Ford models. Customers routinely praise the staff by name, and reviewers describe it as a place with fast, reliable service at a fair price.

Beyond the sales floor, Johnston Ford backs its community in visible ways, serving as presenting sponsor of the Rock Solid Resource Center Charity Golf Classic, an event whose proceeds benefit a New Boston-based nonprofit that works to help meet practical needs in the community through a thrift store and resource center. That same hometown ethos carries into the service bays, where highly trained technicians help keep every Ford running strong, whether customers come in for simple maintenance, extensive service, or collision repairs using OEM Ford parts and accessories. For those who can't easily get away, the dealership also offers complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery, picking up a customer's vehicle, servicing it at the dealership, and returning it once the work is done.
