Hochatown Community Education Workshop
Hochatown Town Hall is holding a community education workshop on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 4 to 5 PM at 101 Rock Oak Lane. Local officials will walk through the commercial development rules - what is required for buildings, signs, lighting, landscaping and tree preservation - the guidelines for subdividing and developing land, and what to expect when proposing a new development or project. The workshop closes with a question and answer session, so bring your questions about the new regulations and the development process. It will also be recorded and posted online on Hochatube.
