Heroes and Handshakes: Wish Upon a Christmas Star at Gutter Chaos
Heroes and Handshakes brings a family Christmas day to Gutter Chaos on Saturday, December 19, 2026, starting at 11 AM. There will be gift grab bags, cookies from Mrs. Claus, letters to Santa, and a meet and greet with local heroes. Alongside the event, the Wishes for Little Hearts program helps McCurtain County families who need a little extra joy this Christmas: applications open October 26 and can be picked up at Gutter Chaos, and must be turned in by November 16. Sponsors are welcome too. For questions or to help with the program, call Brittany Dzierzek at 409-300-5208.
