The one package under $100 is Broken Bow Lake Cabin Rentals' $80 birthday setup, and that's for guests staying in their cabins.
So for a $100 budget, do it yourself: Walmart in Broken Bow is open 6 AM to 11 PM for balloons, a banner and candles, My Dollar Plus on Highway 259 in Hochatown is closer to most cabins, and Pruett's bakery will write a name on a cake. Twenty minutes of setup before the guest of honor walks in does the job.

Their party celebration service starts at $160, is non-refundable, and must be bought at least 48 hours before check-in. They also do romance packages, welcome baskets, grocery and firewood delivery. Backwoods Bashes is a mother-daughter team that decorates Broken Bow and Hochatown cabins for birthdays, bachelorettes and romantic getaways. Birthday setups start at $400 (number balloons, photo backdrop, balloon garland), romance setups at $350, with porch, patio and master-suite add-ons. Everything is booked and paid in full on their website, not by message.

The one package under $100 (and who it's for)
Broken Bow Lake Cabin Rentals lists a birthday package for $80 (banner, balloons, cake balls, plates, napkins and flatware) and a romantic package for $90 (small bottle of sparkling wine on ice, glasses, rose petals, candles, towel doves and chocolates). Add-ons run $80 and up. Those are for guests booked in their cabins, so ask when you reserve or call (580) 306-6700.
If you're staying somewhere else, message your host or manager anyway. Some cabin companies and the cleaning crews who turn cabins over offer birthday setups and staging as a guest add-on, and the price is often lower than hiring an outside decorator.

Walmart in Broken Bow (501 S Park Dr, open 6 AM to 11 PM every day) has the party aisle: balloons, a banner, candles, streamers, plates and a gift bag for well under $50. My Dollar Plus on Highway 259 in Hochatown is the closest stop to most cabins for the cheap basics. Pruett's Food bakery in Broken Bow will write a name or message on a cake; call a day or two ahead for a fully decorated one.
