It's flat, it's daylight, and a stroller works fine. The Oaks Healthcare Center at 1501 Clayton Ave has a trunk-or-treat from 3 to 5 PM, and Stuteville at 3001 N. Broadway has one from 4:30 to 7:30 PM.
Closer to Fort Smith, the Pocola Little League Football trunk-or-treat is Friday from 4 to 6 PM in the Pocola Middle School parking lot, with games and photo booths.

The Patch at Lost Hwy Farms, 26037 Calhoun Rd in Shady Point, is the closest pumpkin patch to Panama. Its 2026 TravelOK listing shows it open Thursday to Sunday, 10 AM to 8 PM, through October 31, with pumpkin picking, a corn maze, a corn pit, antique tractors, farm games and photo spots. Admission is $5, and kids 2 and under are free.
A one-year-old won't do the maze, but the pumpkins, tractors and photo spots make a nice morning. Check the farm's Facebook page for the day's hours before you go.
