Maintenance Person

Living Water Cleaning Co is hiring a maintenance person for the vacation rentals it looks after in the Broken Bow and Hochatown area. The job is a weekly walkthrough inside and outside each property, catching problems before they get bigger, and handling general maintenance: tightening and fixing loose items, checking fireplaces, minor repairs and troubleshooting. The weekly maintenance work is a salaried position, and extra maintenance jobs beyond the regular duties are paid separately. They want someone dependable and thorough who can take direction and get the work done without being walked through every task. To apply, send them a message through the original Facebook post with your experience and availability.
