Reservation Destination ("we," "us") is a local business and visitor directory for the Broken Bow, Hochatown, and Idabel area of Oklahoma, available at reservationdestinationllc.com and through our mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Browsing: you can browse the directory without an account. We count site visits using an anonymous browser identifier — no name, email, address, or precise location is collected from visitors.
- Business owner accounts: if you create an account to claim or manage a listing, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely by our service provider, Supabase). Listing details you submit (business name, address, phone, description, photos) are published in the directory on purpose.
- Events and jobs: if you post an event or job, the details you submit are published in the directory.
How we use it
- To run the directory — showing listings, events, and jobs to visitors.
- To let business owners sign in and manage their own listings.
- To understand overall site traffic (anonymous counts only).
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not show third-party ads.
- We do not collect payment card information in the app.
Data storage and security
Account and listing data is stored with Supabase, and all data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to private account data is restricted by database-level security rules.
Deleting your account or data
You can delete your own account yourself, right away, without asking anyone: sign in and open Delete your account on your dashboard. Type DELETE to confirm and your sign-in, your account profile and any reviews you wrote are removed on the spot, along with anything you submitted that was still waiting for approval.
Published business listings, events and jobs stay in the directory the same as any other business we list, but your name and email are taken off them and any listing you claimed goes back to unclaimed. If you also want a published listing taken down, email hello@reservationdestinationllc.com — that is a request about a business, not about your account.
Children
The directory is intended for adults planning trips and running businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
