How to order a staircase cake
A staircase cake (also called a stairway or cascading cake) is usually three to seven round cakes on a stand shaped like steps. It's popular for quinceañeras, weddings and big birthdays because each cake can be a different flavor.
When you call, tell the baker the date, the number of guests, how many cakes you want, the colors, and whether they have a stair stand or you need to bring one. Ask for one total price and when they need a deposit.
